Combine two of your favorite sports in this fun and empowering class. Kelly will guide you through the steps of learning to paddle board and then teach yoga poses you can easily do on the board to enhance your land yoga practice and add to your on-water fun! You will also gain tips about paddling on Lake Champlain with awareness to wind, wave and weather clues as well as secret spots on the lake.

Considerations about weather conditions will be made the evening before class and communicated by text, phone and email.
Cost: $35 including board rental & paddle, life jacket and a laminated card with yoga poses you can do ‘on-board’
