Keep your mind, body and spirit healthy and strong – from anywhere!

Our students are telling us that Hot Yoga Online is keeping them sane, calm, and relaxed in these nutty times. The normalcy of rolling out the mat for a 9 a.m. class to start the day or to take a break at 3:30 p.m. is lifesaving.

Though there’s plenty of yoga online, the Hot Yoga community provides a warm, safe, environment with favorite teachers and friends from the studio.

Classes available for streaming are marked as ONLINE in the schedule. Once registered for an online class, you’ll get a link 15 minutes before class begins. Plus members have access to the recordings in the online library, in case you want to repeat a favorite practice.

For only $25 a month, receive unlimited access to live streaming of classes and our on-demand video library with over 200 recorded classes.

Your classes have been a Godsend. I do one to two hours a day and truly believe it is keeping me healthy and sane. I am a nurse and your yoga classes keep me grounded and the fear at bay.

Margaret

I took 4 classes last week alone so I will receive so much value out of this subscription.

Loving the online classes! Was a little awkward at first but now anchors the day. We saw 71 people took Bill’s Sunday class! Feels like community to us!

To be honest, I was uncertain about participating in on-line yoga practice sessions. But to my delight, I have found that Hot Yoga Vermont focuses on healing poses integrated with a wee bit of humor to get me through my cramped work-at-home obligations. My body feels straighter and more flexible. With their attention to lighting and audio, it’s as if they are practicing in my home. And I’m 2,300 miles away!

Thank you for offering classes online every day with teachers I love and my fellow yogi’s. It’s so comforting in these uncertain times to be able to gather in a safe space where everyone is welcome. The teachers are as amazing online as they are in person and it’s easy to feel like you are in the studio next to a friend while getting a great workout.

Kim

It is making such a difference for my heart and mind and body to get to practice with everyone and see you all!

Erinn

There is certainly no shortage of online yoga content these days, so I am grateful to have a local “home” yoga studio that I can count on to bring me both yoga and connection during these strange times.

Julia

Thank you so, so much for offering so much yoga at such a reasonable price! I love trying new teachers and styles.

Andrea

I don’t always get to join during the live class, but the recordings afterwards have been a real bright spot in my day.

Katie

It is so appreciated to feel calm, relaxed, and at ease during this strange and scary time.

Lauren

Thank for being so generous and caring and providing the incredible service of free yoga classes! One of the positives of this stay at home is having time to do more for myself.

Meghan

It’s been so uplifting to see the community adapt and come together during this uncertain time to offer ways for people to stay healthy and connected.

I can honestly say I’ve never needed yoga more than now. I’ve been starting off my weekdays with a 9:00 class from your studio.

Suggestions for online yoga class:

  • Create a space at home for your mat. If you can’t leave your yoga space set up, dedicate a corner for a rolled up mat and other props so you can set up easily.

  • Grab a block, strap or bolster if you have one; 1-5 pound weights for Carve classes. A book works for a block. A belt or bathrobe tie works as a strap. Couch cushions or a rolled-up blanket or pillow can be a bolster. Full jars or water bottles make good weights.

  • Have a water bottle and towel handy. Maybe an eye pillow for savasana or rest pose at the end. A clean washcloth will do. Some teachers give out their play list for class so have a device handy to put up Spotify.

  • If using a tablet or phone to view the class please download the free Zoom App. It’s not necessary for laptops or desktop computers.

  • About 30 min before class you will receive an email from Zoom/Punch Pass with the LINK for your class.

  • Join in the class.  We have a period of time before the class to chat, visit or just listen in, then class begins.
