Yoga
Ideal for your 1st time or anyone who just needs a good stretch and relaxation. Slower paced with instruction on basic poses and yoga concepts.
Our intermediate level, suited to anyone who is active including the athletic 1st timer. More continuous flow with variations to ramp up or ease off any of the poses.
Advanced and challenging but not impossible. A good knowledge of the poses and the ability to modify within your needs is necessary. Arm and other balances are included. Sweaty fun!
Yoga Variety
Skip the boring gym work out and get cardio and strength training while doing your favorite yoga poses with weights. It’s like a three-mile run, weight workout and yoga class in one. You’ll see the body/mind benefits build week after week and feel the endorphin high in each practice.
Starts with the vigor and exhilaration of Level 2 class with a warmup, flowing yoga posture sequence, and slow-down period. Then relax in bliss for 30-minutes of restorative yoga, with props to assist you to bring you into a state of deep rest, ahhh…
Sit or lie down, relax, and get the benefits of deep stretches with assistance from bolsters, blocks, and straps. Perfect to end a busy day and start anew.
Bring your eye pillow, fuzzy blanket, and teddy bear! Arrange yourself in a super comfortable position on the floor. Then begins the guided meditations or yogic sleep to harmonize and lull you into a state between waking and sleeping.
Specialty Fitness
A high intensity (HIIT) style workout using Pilates principles. It’s one of the fastest ways to boost the metabolism while strengthening the body. IHP is full body workout giving extra focus to the core & glutes, helping to improve your strength, flexibility, & posture, a terrific cross training class for all sports.
A low-impact workout at a ballet-style barre that focuses on proper alignment. The classes blend cardio, strength training, flexibility, balance, and core conditioning in a total body workout that targets the hips, glutes, abs, and arms. Some classes also use small balls, resistance bands, and hand weights to do floor work.
A high-intensity, low impact muscular endurance workout that focuses on high repetitions and small isometric movements, engaging on both cardio and strength training with special focus on muscle endurance.
