Explore and breakdown a selection of yoga poses, from the building blocks of alignment to the purpose behind its structure. We will explore modifications, benefits, contraindications and much more of at least ten mainstream poses, from balancing to back bends and from standing to sitting. We will begin with a short flow to warm the body and then move into discussion and practice.
