St. John’s Wort, which blooms around this time, as an essential oil can help keep stressed muscles and joints comfortable and soothed. It will also help to transform skin that has been stressed or broken. The dried herb has been used to ease depression. Overall, it’s an uplifting herb and workshop to shift your energy in tune with the season.
