Cookies
We and our partners may use various technologies to collect and store information when you use our Services, and this may include using cookies and similar tracking technologies on our Website, such as pixels and web beacons, to analyze trends, administer the website, track users’ movements around the website, serve targeted advertisements, and gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may partner with third parties to manage and serve our advertising on other sites. Advertising partners include Meta and Google. Our third party partners may use cookies or similar tracking technologies in order to provide you advertising or other content based upon your browsing activities and interests. They use cookies, pixels and tracking codes.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Harassment Policy
Our commitment (clear statement of zero tolerance):
HYB is committed to offering a yoga space where everyone feels safe, respected, and welcome. Yoga involves vulnerability and trust, and we believe care, consent, and accountability are essential to the practice. Guided by ahimsa—the practice of non-harm in thought, word, and action—we do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, or boundary-violating behavior in our community.
As a place open to the public, our studio follows Vermont laws that prohibit harassment and discrimination in places of public accommodation, as well as Vermont workplace protections for staff and teachers. Harassment includes unwelcome conduct that interferes with a person’s ability to fully participate in or enjoy studio services. Depending on the situation, even a single incident may be considered harassment.
Community expectations:
All members of our studio are expected to:
● Act with respect, dignity, and care for others
● Practice ahimsa by avoiding harm to others through words, actions, or behavior
● Honor physical, emotional, and personal boundaries
● Accept redirection or feedback from studio staff
● Report concerning behaviors to staff as they arise
How we respond:
When concerns are raised, we take them seriously. Responses may include checking in with those impacted, speaking with the person whose behavior is concerning, and setting clear boundaries. Staff reserve the right to ask someone to leave a class and will contact studio owner, Bill O’Connor, or manager, Steph Muzzy. Suspending or ending studio access may be the result of violating community expectations.
If you have a situation where you feel unsafe, please call 911.
If you need non-police support dealing with a community member please call Howard Community Outreach: Main # 802-324-5856
Tammy Boudah: 802-324-8356
Leo O’Reily: 802-324-8357
These numbers are posted in the studio. You may want to put them in
