Sometimes we react in one way. But other times, that way. Sometimes it’s with frustration and irritation; and sometimes with empathy, kindness and wisdom. And it can be the same type of situation. Practice “that way” with this 4-minute mindfulness.
Attunement is the kinesthetic and emotional sensing of others knowing their rhythm, affect and experience by metaphorically being in their skin, and going beyond empathy to create a experience of unbroken feeling and connectedness by providing a reciprocal affect and/or resonating response.
