New Year’s Eve, a  perfect time to slow down and give yourself some love with this 90-minute class, accessible to Every Body.

We begin by delving into the process of setting intensions; with a framework and approach that creates a personal and meaningful intention just for you. We then move our bodies in a gentle heart opening flow connecting mind, body and breathe and close by settling into Yoga Nidra in the final 30 minutes.
This practice, known as yogic sleep, starts with your personal intention and creates space for deep body restoration. Close out the year honoring your body, and set a positive heart centric affirmation for the year to come!
Please dress comfortably, and even bring your favorite extra layer. The room will be a cozy 85 degrees, writing materials and supportive props will be available for one and all.
